摘要
利用软组织的不可压缩性 ,本文由精确的轴向位移估计值来重构血管壁组织横向位移分布。针对不同变形情况分别采用了线性和非线性估计算法。在小变形情况下 ,基于应变 -位移的线性关系由轴向应变来重构横向位移 ;在大变形情况下 ,考虑应变张量的非线性关系由轴向位移和受干扰的横向位移估计值来重构精确的横向位移。离体血管壁组织实验结果证明 ,不可压缩过程可以大大提高横向位移的信噪比 。
Using the incompressibility property of soft tissue,high quality lateral displacement distribution of artery walls can be reconstructed from accurate axial displacement measurements.Linear and nonlinear estima- tion algorithm respectively adopted for small and large deformation.When the tissue is in the condition of small deformation,lateral displacement estimated using axial strain based on linear theory of elasticity;when the tis- sue is in the condition of large deformation,considering the nonlinear representation of the strain tensor,lateral displacement reconstructed from axial displacement and noisy lateral displacement.Results of experiments on artery walls approved that incompressibility processing greatly improves the accuracy of lateral displacement measurements,this study is of great importance in the ultimate elasticity reconstruction.
