摘要
介绍采用光电传感器代替昂贵的 β射线测厚仪 ,实现涂层厚度控制 ;采用数字量输出的光尺传感器实现布边偏移量控制 ;采用红外光电传感器实现膏布长度计量控制。控制系统以 80 31单片机为主机 ,通过拨盘设定涂层厚度、膏布长度 ,实现闭环控制。
To replace the expensive β ray thickness meter the coating thickness is controlled by using photoelectric transducer. By using the optical ruler with digital output the deviation of the edge of the adhesive plaster is controlled. The length metering control is implemented with infrared photoelectric transducer. The system uses 8031 single chip computer as host computer and the thumbwheels as setting device for coating thickness and length for closed loop control.
