应用振动理论进行旋转机械故障诊断的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 对旋转机械的轴弯曲、滚动轴承故障、电机定子松动的振动检测方法进行总结 ,认为轴弯曲故障也可能造成 2倍频为主的频率成份 ;滚动轴承故障频率较高 ,根据时域曲线可以判定轴承由于局部缺陷或点蚀等而产生冲击振动 ; The methods of vibration checking to winding of axle for rotary,failure for rolling bearing and flexibleness of stator for motor have been summarized.It is held that the failure of axles winding can causes the frequency component taking double frequency as the dominant factor too,the failure frequency of rolling bearing being relatively high,the shock vibration produced due to partial defect or corrosive pitting of bearing can be decided according to the time domain curve,and the flexibleness of stator for motor can be decided through flexibleness phenomenon formed by more and miscellaneous frequency component.
