机床导轨粘补技术的应用

摘要 针对机床导轨工况条件 ,研究了活化填充聚四氟乙烯板粘补技术及抗剪切、抗机油、皂化液侵蚀的性能 ,结果表明 ,与其它氟塑料粘结技术相比 ,活化填充聚四氟乙烯板粘补技术抗剪切强度高 ,抗机油和皂化液侵蚀性能好 。 To counter the working condition for guide rail of machine tool,the conglutinating repair technique of the activation filling teflon plate and its abilities of resistance to shearing and erosion resistance to machine oil and saponification liquid are studied.The results show that compared with other fluoroplastics adhesion technique most in use,the shearing strength is high,the abilities of erosion resistance to machine oil and saponification liquid are fine,and the conglutinating repair and renovation have been used for quide rails of lathe and grinder with success.
