摘要
根据实测钢水入包前包衬的温度分布 ,并由传热模型计算 ,得出大冶特钢 60t钢包内表面预热温度为 5 0 0℃和 90 0℃的钢包 ,两者钢水温降相差约 5 0℃ ,前 2 0min内钢液温度几乎呈直线下降 ,35min左右钢包衬蓄热基本达饱和。
Based on the temperature distribution of ladle lining before pouring and thermal model calculating, it is obtained that with preheat temperature of 500 ℃ and 900 ℃ for a 60t ladle at Daye Special Steel, the difference in temperature decreasing of liquid steel of both ladle is 50℃, the temperature of liquid steel decreases rapidly in 20 min, and the heat of lining is saturated at about 35 min.
