摘要
利用硫铁矿与贫锰矿两种矿物自身的氧化还原特性 ,可在硫酸体系中同时浸出 ,将贫锰矿中的氧化锰被还原溶解进入溶液中 ,硫铁矿被氧化分解 ,使包裹金暴露出来并留在渣中 ,再将酸浸渣经石灰处理后用常规氰化法提金。这样就能在回收硫铁矿中包裹金的同时又回收了贫锰矿中的锰。通过对其工艺流程 ,技术条件进行试验探讨 ,最终实验结果 :金氰化浸出的浸出率相对黄铁矿中的包裹金为 98 98% ,锰浸出率为 92 6 8% ,硫酸锰溶液经除杂、净化、结晶后、产品指标达到GB16 2 2 -
Pyrites and poor Mn ore can self oxidize and reduce, and soak out in sulphuric acid system. MnO is reduced and found in the solution, pyrites is oxidized and decomposed, thus the coated gold will emerge and be left in the sediment. In this way, both the coated gold in pyrites and the Mn in the poor Mn ore are recovered. This paper stndies the technological process and obtains the following results: soaking ratio of gold cyaniding to that in iron pyrites is 99 98%, and the soaking rate for Mn is 92 68%. Satisfactory MnSO 4 solution is obtained after purification and crystalization.
