摘要
采用粉末冶金方法研制出铜—钨基金属陶瓷导板 ,介绍了导板材料的化学成分、试制工艺及对比试验情况 ,试验结果表明 ,这种铜—钨基金属陶瓷材料具有优良的高温耐磨性、热强性、热稳定性及抗氧化性能 ,适用于作优质导卫板。
A Copper-Tungsten ceramel guide has been developed by the powder metallurgy.The chemical composition, the process, and the contract tests of the guide were introduced in this papers. The results has shown that the Copper-Tungsten cermet possesses an advanced high-temperature wear-resistance, better calorific intensity, superior thermal stability and excellent anti-oxidizing ability. The ceramel can make the fine guides.
