摘要
铁流冲刷、炉渣的化学侵蚀、大闸厚度都会影响撇渣器的使用寿命。为延长撇渣器的使用寿命 ,对其结构进行改进 ,加大前沟槽和大闸 ,将小井和过道截面扩大 ,增加撇渣器容积 ,使其过铁量增加 1倍以上 ,使用寿命延长为 5 7～ 84d。
The service life of slag cleaner was affected by eroding of iron flow,chemical corrosion of slag and the thickness of big gate.To prolong the service life of slag cleaner,the structure of slag cleaner was improved.The front groove,big gate,small well,runway section and the dimension of slag cleaner were enlarged,therefore,the capacity of passing melted iron was increased 2 times than that of before,the service life was prolonged to 57~84d.
