摘要
运用 L1 6 (4 4 × 2 3)正交设计的实验方法 [1 ] ,研究了 SM(Si- Mn)母合金含量对 Fe- SM- C烧结钢力学性能的影响。结果表明 :随着 SM母合金含量的增加 ,该烧结钢的硬度单调增大 ,冲击韧性递减 ;母合金含量为 6 .5 %时 。
The effect of Si Mn (SM) master alloy content on mechnical properties of Fe SM C sintered steel was investigated. It was shown that the optimum tensile strength can be obtained at a SM master alloy content of 6.5 %, and with the increase of SM content, the hardness of sintered steel increases, while impact toughness decreases.
