摘要
研究了钒在贝氏体球墨铸铁中的存在形态及其分布。研究结果表明 ,在贝氏体球墨铸铁中 ,一部分钒固溶于贝氏体组织中 ,从而提高了贝氏体组织的显微硬度 ;一部分钒以含钒碳化物的形式呈块状存在于奥氏体中或呈颗粒状分布在贝氏体基体中。
The morphology and distribution of vanadium in bainite ductile cast iron were studied. The results showed that vanadium is dissolved in bainite and results in increasing the micro hardness of bainite. The extra vanadium exists in austenite as coarse vanadium enriched carbides or in bainite as vanadium carbide particles. Such morphology and distribution of vanadium increases the hardness of bainite ductile cast iron.
