摘要
本文从理论上分析了振筒式压力传感器敏感元件—振筒产生振型跃变的原因,说明了振筒的结构参数对其压力—频率特性的影响,提出了研究振筒振动稳定的实验方法,并给出了实验结果,从而提供了保证传感器输出频率稳定性的设计依据.
The mechanism of“Vibration Mode Transition”of the vibrating cylinderwhich is the sensing element of the vibrating cylinder pressure transducer is ana-lyzed in the paper.The effcts of geometrical parameters of vibrating cylinder onthe pressure-frequency characteristics are described.Meanwhile,the experi-mental methods for the research on the vibration stability of the cylinder arealso proposed.The experimental results are provided in order to offer the designbases for assuring the stable frequency output of transducers.
