提高河台金矿氰化浸渣浮铜回收率

摘要 河台金矿氰化浸渣中所含的铜采用浮选法回收.在浮钢作业前增加预处理作业和缓冲贮矿桶等工艺措施,使生产趋于连续、稳定.现场的浮铜回收率从20%~50%上升至75%以上,铜精矿品位从5%~15%上升至18%以上. The copper is retrieved by the way of flotation from the cyaniding soak dreg at Hetai Gold Mine. The work and technical indicator are abnormal in initial stage for production. A new technology of soaking dreg float copper is determined after a large amount of experimental study. The pretreatment work, buffer and store ore barrel are increased before floating copper work. The production tends to be continuous and steady by use of this work. The ratio of recovery of float copper is raised from 20% ~50% to 75% higher. The concentrate grade of copper is raised from 5%~15% to 18% higher on scene.
