摘要
本文对研制生产的H13钢(即4Cr5MosiV1钢),在单纯拔长热锻工艺下,不同锻造比对模具钢性能的影响;研究得出,最佳锻造比为6,此时常温横向冲击韧性达45.0J/cm^2横纵向冲击韧比达0.92~1。其高温冲击韧性及高温屈服强度明显高于国内外同类H13铜。
In this paper,influence of different forging ratio on the performance of die steel (H13)is studied under the simple stretching and hot-forging condition.The results showed that the optimum forging ratio is six.cold lateral impact ductility is 45.0J/cm2, and the ratio of longitudinal impact ductility arid lateral impact ductility is between 0.92 and 1.00. The elevated temperature impact ductility and yield strength are evidently greater than homegnous H13 steed in the world.
