摘要
根据电机转子导条和端环焊接过程中导条所经历的实际热循环过程,设计了模拟焊接过程的热处理工艺,对大功率异步牵引电动机转子铜合金导条和端环的焊接热影响区的组织和性能进行了研究,讨论了性能和组织的变化规律及其原因。结果表明,经过静态热模拟处理,材料的强度明显下降,延伸率上升,随热模拟处理温度的增高,性能呈明显的规律性变化。然而,在不同瞬态处理温度下,晶粒的大小没有发生明显的变化。
Heat treatment techniques which simulate the welding process of electromotor short circuit ring and short circuit bar are designed based on the actual thermal circulation on the short circuit bar. The structure and properties of the HAZ of copper alloy of high power asynchronous motor rotor were studied by static thermal simulation technics. The rules and reason of the changes of structure and properties are discussed. The results showed that after the process of static thermal simulation,the strength of the alloy decreased obviously whereas the ductility increased,these properties change with the processing temperature regularly. But the size of the crystals does not change obviously in different instantaneous process temperature.
