高强耐磨Cu-Ni-Sn合金的研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了多种成分的 Cu- Ni- Sn- X合金 350℃下时效 3 h的力学性能。结果表明:加入微量的 Fe和 Mn后,合金既有较高的强度和硬度,又有比较好的塑性。 X射线衍射分析表明 CuNiSn系合金时效时会析出γ相和 Ni3Sn相,γ相使合金的强度大大增加,但 Ni3Sn相会使合金的塑性显著降低。 CuNiSn系合金的强化主要来源于固溶强化、加工硬化和 Spinodal析出强化。 Cu- Ni- Sn- X alloy of different composition was prepared by medium- frequency vacuum melting and casting technology and defoming heat treatment processes.The mechanical properties of these alloys at 350℃ for 3h aging were tested.The results showed that the alloy possesses not only higher strength and hardness but also better ductility when minim Fe and Mn was added into CuNiSn base alloy.The process technology research showed that the work- harden of the alloy is obvious,through cold- draw deform after solid solution,the hardness of center and side of the bar are different obviously.X- ray diffraction analysis showed that theγ phase and Ni3Sn phase will be formed in the alloy during aging and the strength of alloy was increased greatly,but the ductility of the alloy was decreased obviously due to the appear of Ni3Sn phase.The strengthening of the alloy came mainly from solid solution strengthen and working- harden and Spinodal decomposing strengthen.
