Faults Analyzing and Improving of HWL100A Agitator

通过对 HWL100A进口搅拌机的运行跟踪检测，分析了其产生运行故障的主要原因，提出并实施了一些改进措施，实现了部分备件的国产化。对其改造前后的运行参数对比，证实了改造后的良好效果。

The HWL100A agitator was imported from EKATO agitator company,Germany,it has been used in Zinc leaching system of zhuzhou smelter since 1994.by means of condition monitoring and analyzing,we improved the gearbox′ s output shaft seal and taken the preventive measures.Now we have decreased the faults in work and improved the operation reliability.
