摘要
就轧钢加热炉预热器的应用与整体设计工作 ,结合本厂多次预热器改造的成功与失败 ,从烟气余热利用的节能意义与机理 ,加热炉的排烟形式 ,预热器的选用 ,预热器换热面积确立原则 。
The all round design and application about preheater of steel rolling heating furnace were combined with the success and failure of several times innovation of preheater in our plant.It made conclusion and description from energy saving and principle of utilization of flue gas exhaust heat,flue gas drainage of heating furnace,selection of preheater,principle of exchange area of preheater,air volume of preheater and selection of blower etc.
