分子筛TSA技术中温度曲线的观察与分析

摘要 TSA的工艺过程一般分为 :吸附→卸压→加热→冷吹→升压→吸附 ,周期性循环。在每一阶段都会形成特定的温度变化曲线 ,分子筛吸附器运行状况的好坏 ,都会在温度曲线上有所体现 。 The TSA technique generally consists of adsorption, pressure reducing, heating, cold blowing, pressure increasing and adsorption, which are periodically circulated. A specific temperature varying curve is formed during each stage. Better or no run situation of the molecular sieve adsorber is present on the temperature curve, so it's very essential to conscientiously observe and analyze the temperature varying curve during the run of the molecular sieve adsorber.
