利培酮合并氯氮平与单用利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照观察

The Compared Study of Treating Schizophrenia with Risperidone Combining Clozapine

目的 评价利培酮合并氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和副作用。方法 将 40例精神分裂症病人按序贯法随机分配到利培酮合并氯氮平组 ( 2 0例 ) ,单用利培酮组 ( 2 0例 ) ,治疗 8周 ,用简明精神病量表 (BPRS)评定疗效 ,用副反应量表 (TESS)评定副反应。结果 利培酮合并氯氮平组与单用利培酮组之间疗效无显著性差异 ,在缺乏活力因子方面 ,两组间有差异 ,利培酮合并氯氮平组的副反应有活动减少、嗜睡、便秘、唾液增多、心动过速等 ,单用利培酮组的副反应主要是锥体外系反应。结论 利培酮合并中小剂量的氯氮平 ,有助于预防或减少锥体外系反应 。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side-effect of treating schizophrenia with Risperidone combining Clozapine.Methods 40 patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups to carry out a eight week follow up comparative study.The 20 of patients with schizophrenia were treated with Risperidone combining Clozapine as the research group,and the 20 patients with schizophrenia were treated with Risperidone as the control group.The therapeutic effect was assessed by BPRS,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale.The side effect was assessed by TESS,Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale.Results There was no significant differences between the two groups in the therapeutic effect.There was significant differences between the two groups in the factor of deficiency activity.The reserch group showed these side-effect,activity-reducing,somnolence,constipation,salivation and tachycardia.The control group showed mainly the side-effect of EPS.Conclusions Risperdone combining Clozapine(smaller dosage)can prevent and reduce external pyramid symptom(EPS)and do not lead to another side-effect.
