中外文期刊发表艾滋病论文的统计分析

目的 帮助广大预防医学工作者方便快捷地了解国内外艾滋病信息 ,找出核心期刊。方法 采用文献计量方法对CBMdisc和Medline 1998～ 2 0 0 0年的艾滋病文献进行统计分析。结果 刊载艾滋病论文的中文期刊为 35 9种 ,其中载文 10篇以上的有 2 5种 ,载文量 70 6篇。外文期刊为 192 0种 ,载文 15篇以上的有 45种 ,载文量 5 5 89篇。结论 中文期刊前 9种载文 489篇 ,为核心期刊 ,其中《中国性病艾滋病防治》载文 2 5 6篇 ,占 17 39% ,为首选核心期刊。外文期刊前 45种载文 3797篇 ,为核心期刊 ,其中《AIDS》等前 11种载文 1194篇 ,占 10 6 1% 。

Objective The AIDS articles in Chinese/English jouranals were investigated to find out the core periodicals in order to help Chinese preventive medical personnel to hunt AIDS information rapidly.Methods CBMdisc and Medline were investigated by means of bibliometrics from 1998 to 2000.Results There were 25 kinds of journals in Chinese the each published more than 10 articles,carrying 706 AIDS articles of the total.There were 45 kinds of journals in English that each published more than 15 articles,carrying 3797 AIDS articles of the total.Conclusions In Chinese journals,the core periodicals,9 kinds of ones sorted out,had been published 489 AIDS articles,accounting for 32 84% of the total.Among them,《Jouranal for China AIDS/STD Prevention and Control》would be considered to be the first selected core periodical.In English journals,the core periodicals,45 kinds of ones sorted out,had been published 3797 AIDS articles,accounting for 33 74% of the total.Among them,AIDS and other 10 kinds of Journals would be considered to be the first selected core periodical.
