摘要
符合实际路况的室内强化疲劳试验,可以加快汽车结构部件的试验进程.本研究通过对汽车后桥垂直载荷的分析,提出了按路面强化的试验方法.在编制程序载荷谱的基础上,对后桥壳体进行了强化疲劳试验.
Intensified fatigue tests in the laboratory under the simulated field road conditions will speed up the testing process of automobile construction parts. On the analysis of vertical load of automobile rear axle, a test method is put forward for road condition. Based on the program load spectrum, intensified fatigue test for rear axle are made.
