胎儿房室结的细胞类型和图象定量分析

Cell type and image analysis of fetus atrioventricular node

目的 探讨胎儿房室结内的细胞类型和大小。方法 用石蜡切片 ,HE染色 ,光镜观察了 10例胎儿心脏房室结的细胞形态、类型 ;采用HIPAS - 10 0 0图象分析仪对其进行定量分析。结果 胎儿房室结的细胞主要为亮细胞、暗细胞和移行细胞。亮细胞和暗细胞为纺锤形或椭圆形 ,少数呈多边形 ;移行细胞为细短柱形。面积 ( μm2 )分别为 2 13 .3 0± 17.71,2 89.2 0± 0 .12和 2 73 .80± 4 7.90 ;三组数据比较P <0 .0 1。核浆比分别为0 .2 7± 0 .0 4 ,0 .12± 0 .11和 0 .2 7± 0 .0 9。亮细胞和移行细胞的细胞核明显大于暗细胞。结论 胎儿房室结的起搏细胞包括亮细胞和暗细胞 ,它们可能是一种细胞的不同功能状态。

Objective To investigate cell type and size of fetus atrioventricular node.Methods Using the technique of paraffin section, HE staining, the cellular morphology,the cell type and size of 10 atrioventricular node in fetus hearts were observed under microscopy,and quantitated by HIPAS-1000 computerized image analytical instrument.Results The cell type of atrioventricular node in fetus hearts were composed of light,dark and transitional cells.The morphology of light and dark cells were spindle-shaped or ellipsoid,but few cells were polygonal.The shape of transitional cells were short column.The areas of three sort of cells were 213.30±17.71,289.20±0.12,273.80±47.90 respectively. Caryoplasm ratio were 0.27±0.04,0.02±0.11,0.27±0.09 respectively.The nucleus of light cells were larger than that of dark cells.Conclusions Pacemaker cell of atrioventricular node in fetus heart includes light and dark cells which could be different function appearance of one kind of pacemaker cell.
