Intracellular transduction peptide: a key for the study of cell regulation

摘要 To establish and develop an efficient import system for bio molecules into cells and nucleus is important for the study of signal transduction as well as therapeutic application. A number of peptides have been found to be able to deliver bio molecules, including proteins, DNAs, and oligonucleotides, into mammalian cells, which are known as transduction peptide or protein transduction domain (PTD). This review gives a brinef introduction to the structures, functions and application of the transduction peptides.
