消溃灵对消化性溃疡及萎缩性胃炎患者血清、胃液表皮生长因子含量的影响

The Influence of Xiaokuiling on the Contents of Epidermal Growth Factor in Serum and Gastric Juice of Patients with Peptic Ulcer and Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨中药复方消溃灵对消化性溃疡及萎缩性胃炎患者血清及胃液表皮生长因子(EGF)含量的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法检测技术对24例消化性溃疡(PU)和27例萎缩性胃炎(AG)及12例正常胃粘膜者血清及胃液EGF含量进行测定。结果:治疗前PU组低于对照组(P<0.05),AG组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,PU组较治疗前显著提高(P<0.01),AG组较治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:消溃灵对消化性溃疡及萎缩性胃炎患者血清及胃液EGF含量的影响存在差异性。

Objective:To explore the influence of Xiaokuiling(XKL)on the contents of epidermal growth factor(EGF)in serum and gastric juice of cases with peptic ulcer(PU)and atrophic gastritis(AG).Methods:EGF contents in serum and gastric juice of 24 cases with PU,27 cases with AG and 12 cases with normal gastric mucosa were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:Before treatment,the EGF contents of PU group were markedly lower than those of control group(P < 0.05),and those of AG group were markedly higher than those of control group(P < 0.01).After treatment, EGF contents of PU group became markedly higher(P < 0.01)but no significant difference in AG group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:XKL exerts a different effect on the EGF of serum and gastric juice between PU and AG.
