摘要
卵巢癌的治疗临床上主要采用手术切除和联合化疗。近年,基因治疗成为卵巢癌治疗的最新策略,显示出了较好前景。本文以卵巢癌基因治疗的基本原理和方法为重点,对其现状与进展作一综述。
