摘要
目的 :观察一种人工合成变形链球菌表面蛋白多肽体外抗粘附作用。方法 :H3标记细菌羟磷灰石法观察多肽体外抗粘附作用。结果 :对于S .mutansIngbritt和S .sobrinus 6 715 ,1pmol%D 1μmol均有抑制作用 ,抑制作用随多肽浓度增加而增加。多肽浓度在 1μmol有较强抑制作用。 结论 :人工合成变形链球菌表面蛋白多肽具有体外抗粘附 ,降低变形链球菌的粘附于羟磷灰石的作用 ,并且该多肽无直接抑菌作用 ,有可能成为一种新的生物防龋制剂。
Objective:To study the Effect of the peptide on the adh er ence of S. mutans and S. sobrinus in vitro.Methods:Interna tional reference bacteria Streptococcus mutans Ingbritt and Streptococcus sobrin us 6715 were used in this study. Peptide, molecular weight 3001, was made from Y ikang Chemical technological Company,Shanghai.The concentration of the peptide w as 1pmol,10pmol, 50pmol, 100pmol, 500pmol, 25μmol, 50μmol, 75μmol, 100μmol, 125μmol, 150μmol, 200μmol and 400μmol, respectively. Adherence experiment H3 marked hydroxyapatite adherence technique was used in the study.Results:The adherence of bacteria to hydroxyapatite was inhibited by the peptide. It showed strongly inhibition at the concentration of 50~75umol for S. mutans and 25~125umol for S. sobrinus.Even at 1pmol^50pmol the inhibition effect wa s also found.Conclusions:The adherence of Streptococcus mu tans and Streptococcus sobrinus to hydroxyapatite was inhibited by the peptide.I t showed inhibition effect above 1pmol peptide, however,at the concentration of 50~75μmol for S. mutans and 25~125μmol for S. sobrinus stronger effect was f ound.
