摘要
对4Ce-2Y-TZP-20A复合陶瓷进行了单轴试样的三点、四点弯曲及圆片试样的双向弯曲试验.用Weibull二参数方程进行统计分析,用最小二乘法估计Weibull参数,利用有效面积概念从单轴试样的三点和四点弯曲数据估算圆片试样的有效面积,两者相对误差约为10%.
Fracture strength of 4Ce-2Y-TZP-20A composite ceramics are determined by uniaxial MOR (3-poinl and 4-point bend) and biaxial ball-on-ring tests.Results are analyzed by using Weibull two-parameter equation. Weibull modulus is evaluated with the least square method. From data of 3-point and 4-point bent tests effective areas of the disk arc calculated with the relative error between them about 10%.
