摘要
目的 :试验GLUMACPS脱敏性粘接系统治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效并探索其最佳应用方式。方法 :将 15 2例 36 1颗患牙随机分为 4组 ,3个实验组分别用GLUMACPS粘接系统中的Primer(牙本质粘接剂 )、Conditioner(酸蚀处理剂 ) +Primer、Conditioner+Primer+Sealer(封闭剂 )进行脱敏治疗 ,对照组用 75 %氟化钠甘油脱敏 ,比较各组的有效率 ,并于三月后复查疗效。结果 :C +P和C +P +S两组有效率显著高于另外两组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且两组之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,三月后亦然。结论 :GLUMACPS脱敏性粘接系统对牙本质过敏症疗效确切而持久 ,C +P为其最佳应用方式。
Objectives:To test the curative effects of GLUMA CPS de sensitizing bonding system on treatment of dentin hypersensitivity and probe the best way to be applied.Methods:361 sensitive teeth in 152 patients were divided into four groups at random, the three experimental groups were treated with Primer(dentinal bonding agent), Conditioner(acid etching agent)+Primer, and Conditioner+Primer+Sealer(sealant),respectively; the control group was treated with 75% sodium fluoride glycerine paste.Effective rates in the four groups were compared with each other. In three months, curative effects were evaluated again.Results:Effective rates in groups of C+P and C+P+S were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.01),and there were no statistically significant differences between these two groups(P>0.05).In three months, the conclusions were alike.Conclusions:GLUMA CPS desensitizing bonding system could treat dentin hypersensitivity effectively, and C+P was the best way to be applied.
