周围型肺癌CyclinD1蛋白表达与CT的关系

目的 探讨周围型肺癌中CyclinD1蛋白的表达及其与CT表现的关系。方法 对 56例经手术病理证实的周围型肺癌患者的术后病理蜡块应用免疫组化SP法检测CyclinD1蛋白的表达 ,同时与术前胸部CT扫描对照。结果 CyclinD1蛋白表达率在鳞癌为 64% ( 16 2 5) ,腺癌为 67.7% ( 2 1 3 1) ,两组之间差异无显著 ;CyclinD1蛋白过表达与肿瘤分化差密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,在CT表现中 ,CyclinD1蛋白过表达与肿瘤直径大于 3cm、深分叶征、棘突征关系密切 (P <0 .0 5) ,与毛刺征、空泡征、空气支气管征、胸膜凹陷征、纵隔淋巴结肿大关系不显著 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 CyclinD1蛋白的过表达与周围型肺癌的发生、分化。

Objective To study the significance of CyclinD1 protein and the relationship between CyclinD1 protein overexpression and CT feature in peripheral pulmonary carcinoma(PPC).Methods From 1997 to 2000,56 patients with PPC were detected,whose specimens were examined by immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies against CyclinD1.CT scan was performed before operation.Results CyclinD1 protein overexpression was found 64%(16/25) and 67.7%(21/31) in squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma respectively.There was a signi ficant correlation between CyclinD1 overexpression and tumour poor differentiation (P<0.01).Meanwhile significant correlation were observed between CT feature such as the diameter of tumor over 3 cm,deeply lobutaled,spinous process and CyclinD1 overexpression.Conclusion The results indicate that the overexpression of CyclinD1 in PPC is linked to the carcingenesis,progression,differentiation and CT signs.
