摘要
本文以165陶瓷绝热柴油机为具体研究对象,对其无环活塞和缸套间漏气量进行了理论和试验研究.建立了预测无环活塞和缸套间漏气量的数学模型;分析了发动机转速、缝隙宽度和流体粘度等因素对漏气量的影响;揭示了无环活塞式发动机的漏气特性.
With adiabatic diesel Type 165 taken for an example, gas leakage between ringless piston and liner is studied experimentally and theoretically. A mathematical model is proposed for calculating the blow-by gas flow between them, the effects of engine speed, clearance width and gas viscosity on the gas leakage are analysed and the gas leakage characteristics derived.
