膀胱癌患者尿液中核有丝分裂器蛋白测定的临床意义

目的 探讨尿中核有丝分裂器蛋白 (NMP2 2 )的表达与膀胱肿瘤的关系。方法 采用ELISA法测定 3 2例膀胱癌、3 0例泌尿系良性疾病患者及 15例正常人尿液中NMP2 2的含量。结果 膀胱癌患者尿液中NMP2 2含量为 (5 5 .84± 47.89)U /ml ,明显高于泌尿系良性疾病患者 (18.78± 18.95 )U /ml及正常人 (6.97± 3 .82 )U /ml(P <0 .0 1)。尿液中NMP2 2水平与肿瘤分期、分级有关。结论 检测尿液中NMP2 2含量可作为膀胱癌筛选和评估其生物学行为的 1个指标。

Objective To study the expression and significance of the urinary NMP22 in patients with bladder cancer.Methods Urinary NMP22 values were detected with NMP22 test kit based on an enzyme-linked immuno-sorbant assay in 32 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,30 cases of urogenital benign diseases and 15 cases of normal subjects as controls.Results The NMP22 level was significantly higher in bladder cancer group(55.84±47.89) U/ml than in urogenital benign diseases group(18.78±18.95) U/ml and the normal subject(6.97±3.82) U/ml(P<0.01).Urinary NMP22 values was also related to tumor stage and grade.Conclusion The detection of urinary NMP22 can be used to screening,evaluation of bladder cancer.
