摘要
初步讨论了影响金属型非合金化奥-贝球铁性能的主要工艺因素——含锰量、奥氏体化时间和等温时间。在试验条件下,含锰量为0.56%,奥氏体化时间60分钟和等温时间90分钟时的综合性能最佳,φ20试棒加工的试样σ_b=1066N/mm^2,δ=3.26%。预计进一步延长等温时间将有利于性能的提高.
The authors deal with the main factors such as manganese content austcnitiqing time (τA) and austempering time (τB) which exercise effect on the properties of no-alloyed austempered ductile cast iron at metal mold. Under the condition of Mn content = 0.56%, τA = 60min, τB=90min, the optical mechanical properties are obtained. Tensile strength (σb) and percentage elongation (δ5) are equal to 1 066 N/ mm2 and 3.26% respectively for a sample of machined rod (φ20mm). The prolongation of the austempering time will improve its mechanical properties.
