应用金相求积仪分析钢锭模金相和寿命的关系

摘要 应用定量金相求积仪和按钮计数器分析水冷钢锭模金相与使用寿命的关系.试验表明:粗、细珠光体的相对含量及铁素体含量对寿命影响不大;粗、细石墨含量之差与石墨总量之比愈高则寿命念长;磷共晶含量大于0.1%时寿命则少于40次. Relationship between metallography and life of water-cooled ingot mould is studied by using quantitative metallographic planimeter and button counter. The experimental results show that relative contents of coarse and fine pcarlite, and ferrite have little effect on service life. The greater the ratio of difference between coarse and fine graphite to gross weight of graphite the longer the life. When content of iron phosphide eutectic is higher than 0.1 %, the life will be less than 40 times.
