阿魏酸钠对肺心病急性加重期肺动脉高压、血浆内皮素、D-二聚体的影响

Effect of sodium ferulate on pulmonary artery pressure, plasma endothelin-1 and D-dimer in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的 探讨阿魏酸钠 (川芎素 )在慢性肺心病急性加重期的治疗作用及其可能机制。方法 对 48例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者用阿魏酸钠静滴治疗 2周 ,测定其治疗前后平均肺动脉压(mPAP)、血浆内皮素 (ET) 1及D 二聚体水平。结果 阿魏酸钠治疗后患者mPAP由 ( 31 .2± 4.0 )mmHg降至 ( 2 5.4± 2 .2 )mmHg ,ET 1由 ( 1 .96± 0 .2 5)ng/L降至 ( 1 .6 2± 0 .36 )ng/L ,D 二聚体由( 6 .8± 0 .7)mg/L降至 ( 4.9± 0 .6 )mg/L。结论 阿魏酸钠可明显降低肺动脉压 ,其机制可能是保护血管内皮细胞及抗凝 ,减少血管活性物质的产生及肺小动脉血栓形成。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic role of sodium ferulate in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,Methods 48 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease received sodium ferulate for 2 weeks and the mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP), plasma endothelin(ET) 1 and D dimer levels were measured.Results After sodium ferulate treated, mPAP, plasma ET 1 and D dimer levels were significantly lower in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Conclusions Sodium ferulate may significantly reduce mPAP by reducing ET 1 production and thrombi formation in small pulmonary arteries and arterioles.
