肾囊内注射甲基强的松龙治疗肾小球疾病

Treatment of primary glomerular disease by intrarenal capsule methylprednisolone injection

目的 探讨一种新的给药方式———肾脂肪囊内甲基强的松龙注射 ,治疗肾小球疾病 ,以减轻类固醇激素的副作用。方法 1 2例经肾活检证实为原发性肾小球疾病患者 ,B超引导下向每侧肾脂肪囊内注射甲基强的松龙琥珀酸钠 40mg,每周 2次 ,共 1 0次 ,自身对照治疗前、后患者的尿蛋白、血压、体重及血清白蛋白、肌酐的变化。结果 1 2例患者中 9例 ( 6 6 .7% )尿蛋白明显减少或转阴(P <0 .0 1 ) ,未发现明显激素副作用。结论 肾囊内注射药物为一新的给药方法 ,在有效治疗肾小球疾病的同时可避免或减少药物的副作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects and side effects of intrarenal adipose capsule injection--a new therapeutic method. we established. Methods 12 patients were diagnosed as primary glomerular diseases by percutaneous renal biopsies. Under the guide of B ultrasonic,40 mg methylprednisolone sodium succinate was injected into each renal adipose capsule twice a week for 5 weeks. The protein in the urine,albumin and creatinine in the serum were detected and their blood pressure, body weights were checked before and after the treatment. Results Most of patients had improved after the treatments. The urine excretion of protein in 9 of 12 patients (66.7%) had significantly been decreased(P<0.01),and even stopped,and not find any obvious side effects of steroids. Conclusion The intrarenal adipose capsule injection therapy is an effective procedure. It could not only treat some glomerular diseases,effectively but also alleviate the side effects of some steroid.
