高锰奥氏体钢超低温冲击韧性

摘要 本文通过在超低温下的V型缺口夏比冲击试验和SEM断口分析研究了高锰奥氏体钢的冲击韧性及其影响因素。研究表明:含较高氮的合金对试验温度较敏感。随试验温度的降低,冲击韧性下降很快,对应在断口上是韧性断裂转变为脆性断裂;不含氮的合金冲击韧性变化不大,在-196℃温度下仍为韧性断裂。所有合金固溶处理空冷态的冲击韧性较高.铬含量增加,钢的韧性下降;锰含量对韧性影响有极大值,对应的锰含量为35%左右。 The extra-cryogenic impact toughness and influence factors of the high-Mn austenitic steel are studied by means of the Charpy V-notch impact test and the SEM fractured appearance analysis. It is shown that steel with more N content is sensitive to test temperature, its impact toughness decreases rapidly with decreasing temperature, and the fractured appearence exhibits a change from ductile fracture to brittle one. For the non-N alloy steel, the impact toughness changes slightly and ductile fracture remains at-196℃ . After solid solution treating with air cooling all kinds of alloy steel have higher impact toughness value. The impact toughness of steels decreases with increasing Cr content. It is also found that the effect of Mn on impact toughness is maximum at the Mn content of about 35%.
