摘要
食品安全愈来愈成为国际关注的热点 ,我国绿色食品经过将近十年的发展 ,在理论研究和生产实践方面都取得了一定的进展 ,但还不够完善。文内系统地阐述了有关绿色食品的一些基本概念以及我国发展绿色食品的必要性、优势条件和存在问题 。
Food security has been drawn more and more attention all over the world. Along with the development of “green food”in the last decade in China, we have made obvious progress in both theoretical research and production practice related. This paper comprehensively expounds some basic concepts of green food, the necessity and favorable conditions of its development. Some problems and shortcomings faced are pointed out too.\;
