摘要
本文对生态环境建设与生态环境用水的概念给出了表述 ,对生态环境建设与水资源保护与利用的关系作了阐述 。
This paper gave an expression of conception about eco-environment construction and demand of eco-environment construction on water resources, pointed out that the relationship between eco-environment construction and water resource protection-utilization, set up a concrete method estimating demand of eco-environment construction on water resource according to actual situation in China's northwest region.
