用中麻黄种子萌发的子叶诱导出愈伤组织 ,并在不同的培养基、不同的激素及不同的pH值和不同的蔗糖浓度条件下培养 ,探讨麻黄离体细胞生长的适宜条件。实验证明以MS +2 ,4 -Dlmg/L +NAA2mg/L培养基较好 ,愈伤组织色泽正常 ,生长量高。悬浮培养pH值在 3 - 9均能生长 ,但以pH7- 8最适 ,其细胞增殖量增加 8- 9倍 ;其含糖量在 3

Proper conditions for growth of ephedra cells were studied. Ephedra callus induced with ephedra explant were cultured under different contents, such as hormone levels, sucrose contents and pH values. The result showed that culture medium containing MS+2.4-Dlmg/L+NAA 2mg/L was proved to be the most suitable medium for formal color callus and high productivity. In pH 3-8, all callus in suspension culture can grow, and pH 7-8 is the most suitable. The mount of prol:federation increased 8-9 times. The optimum sucrose comtent:s30g/L.
