DNA Fingerprint and RNA Fingerprint and Their Application

摘要 在 8 0年代中期兴起 DNA指纹技术和 RNA指纹技术 ,目前此技术已广泛应用于遗传育种、新子鉴定、连锁分析、罪犯鉴别、疾病早期诊断、基因调控等方面的研究 ,二者特点不同、应用不同 。 Developed in the middle of 1980s, The technologies of DNA fingerprint and RNA fingerprint were broadly applied in genetics and breeding, relationship identification of parents and progeny, criminal identification, disease diagnosis and gene expression regulation of animals and plants. The different characteristics and application aspects of them were reviewed in this article.
