反刍家畜饲用微生物添加剂育肥肉牛的效果研究

Effects of Microbial Feed Additives for Ruminant on Finishing Beef Cattle

在基础日粮和饲养管理条件相同情况下 ,用自行研制的含无毒芽胞杆菌、酵母菌类、乳酸菌类、粪链球菌等混合活菌 ( 2 0亿 /g)的反刍家畜饲用微生物添加剂和市售肉牛饲用微生物添加剂分别对 4组 (每组 1 0头 ,其中公牛 6头 ,母牛 4头 )共计 40头本地黄牛进行育肥试验。试验 、 组精料内添加 2‰、3‰的反刍家畜饲用微生物添加剂 ,加水润湿 ,堆积发酵 2 4 h后进行饲喂 ,试验 组精料内添加 1 %肉牛促生长添加剂 ,试验 组精料中不添加任何物质作对照 ,用水润湿后直接饲喂 ,5 0 d的育肥试验结果表明试验 、 、 组比对照组的增重分别提高 1 3.4%、1 4.5 %、1 4%。

On the same basal diets and management conditions, 40 local yellow cattle were selected and divided into four groups(6 bull and 4 cow per group), test I and II group were fed with concentrate fermented for 24 hours on 0.2% and 0.3% microbial feed additives, test III group were supplemented with 1% beef growth promoter and group IV was control. The results showed that average weight gain of test I, II and III was higher than that of control group by 13.4%, 14.5% and 14%.
