摘要 本文综述了瘤胃微生物对脂肪酸的代谢机理 ,重点讨论了不饱和脂肪酸的氢化、共轭脂肪酸的形成。 In this paper, mechanisms of fatty acids metabolism in rumen were reviewed, focusing on the bio-hydrogenation of unsaturated fatty acids, the formation of conjugated fatty acids, the biosynthesis of microbial lipids and the factors affecting the bio-hydrogenation of unsaturated fatty acids.
