摘要
文章通过介绍钟山县“五统一”矿政管理的成功经验 ,指出应充分认识矿产资源在社会经济发展中的重要作用以及我国矿产资源面临的严峻形势 ,提出必须积极依靠科技进步 ,推进科技创新 ,注重社会、经济、环保效益 。
Through the successful experience in mineral administration under 'five unify' of Zhongshan county, the importance function of mineral resources under society economy development and a grim situation of mineral resources lie ahead of China was pointed out in this paper, and depends on scientific and technological improvement positively, lay stress on society, economic and environmental protection results, reunify sustainable development are also raised.
