摘要
为了实现自动变进排气供油正时 (AVIEIT)的新构思 ,以改善高速高增压柴油机的低工况性能 ,对自动变进排气供油正时系统的变正时机构——内置斜楔式自动调节器设计与计算的基本方法进行了研究 .分析了该机构的基本结构与工作原理 ;在运动学及静力学的基础上 ,导出了该机构的基本控制方程式和进排气供油凸轮轴系阻力矩的计算公式 ;给出了内置斜楔式自动调节器设计与计算的一般步骤 ,并对 D61 1 4ZLQB柴油机采用 AVIEIT系统进行了控制机构设计 .试验结果表明 ,该设计方法是有效的 ,达到了预期的效果 .
In order to realize the new idea of Automatic variable Inlet Exhaust Injection Timing (AVIEIT) system which can improve the partial load performance of a high speed and supercharged diesel engine, the basic design and calculation method for the control mechanism of AVIEIT system--built-in oblique wedged automatic timer was studied. The basic structure and working principle of this mechanism were analysed. Kinematics and statics of this mechanism were analysed and its basic governing equations were deduced. Statics stability of this mechanism was analyzed and calculation formulas of resistance moment of inlet exhaust and injection cam shaft were deduced. General process of design and calculation of built-in oblique wedged automatic timer were presented. The control mechanism design of D6114ZLQB diesel engine using AVIEIT system was completed. The experiments show that the above design and calculation method is effective, and the experiment results are satisfying.
