摘要
为进一步提高风机产品的效率、降低噪声 ,对内藏电动机式前向多叶离心风机 ,用 3种可伸缩套筒模拟内藏电动机进行了风机性能实验 .利用 5孔探针对叶轮出口流场进行了测试 ,并分析了内藏电动机引起风机性能变化的原因 .研究结果表明 ,电动机长度、外径、头部倾角对风机性能和噪声有较大影响 ,而内藏电动机引起叶轮内部流动损失增大。
To improve the efficiency and reduce the noise of forward multi-blade centrifugal fans, performance test and flow field measurement with five-hole probe at outlet of impeller were carried out for adjustable casings instead of concealed motor. The result shows that the length, diameter and two-side end-shape of casing have greater influence on the performance and noise of the fans. And the change of fans' performance is mainly caused by the increase of hydraulic loss inside the impeller due to the concealed motor and the low hydraulic efficiency of the impeller.
