开式陈列柜风幕系统的计算流体力学(CFD)设计 被引量:13

摘要 超市中开式陈列柜风幕的卷吸作用是陈列柜热负荷的主要来源 ,良好的风幕系统可以提高冷空气的利用率 ,减少热负荷 ,达到节约能源的目的 .除实验手段外 ,采用计算流体力学 (CFD)可以对各种变参数情况下风幕系统的性能进行数值模拟 ,从而有效地缩短开式陈列柜的设计周期 .针对开式陈列柜流场计算中几何结构较复杂、流场的一边为开式、温度速度变化范围大的特点 ,选用带浮升力项的 k- ε双方程紊流模型 ,采用有限元法并扩大计算区域对其进行了有效的 CFD数值模拟 .部分特征点上计算结果与测试结果较为吻合 。 Well designed air curtain system can make use of cool air effectively, reduce the infiltrated air and save the energy. Besides experiment, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a powerful tool in design of open display case. The work condition in variable parameters can be simulated well and the design time is saved. Based on the characteristic of open display case, such as the complicated structure, open edge, large range of temperature and velocity in field, the k ε two equation turbulence model with buoyancy term was introduced to describe the flow field of the air curtain. Finite element method was used in the discretization and solving of model equations. The calculation results agree with the experimental results well in some measurement points and the simulation in the different work conditions agrees with the rule of aerodynamics.
