摘要
研究了基于装配特征的装配顺序生成算法。装配特征是在零件设计模型的基础 上识别产生的,它给出了零件间参与装配的面集。通过对面集的判断,可以方便的确定两零 件能否直接装配,实现了简化零件联接图,以达到减少割集的求解空间,并用装配特征进行 零件可装配性判别,使判别方便简单。
The algorithm of assembly sequences is presented based on assembly fea ture. The assembly feature recognized basis on design mould gives some informati on about touching face set between part involved .It is useful to define whether the two parts could be directly assembled. Therefore assembly-feature could sim plify part couple graph in order to reduce space of assembly cut-set. Based on a ssembly feature, assembly geometry feasibility analysis is discussed.
