摘要
使用林特斯利仪测定棉条纤维长度,可以获得表征纤维长度的新特征值,即棉条纤维长度指数M。M能够用于检测纤维在加工过程中的意外损伤,或者确定同样纤维长度而不同加工方法所产生的棉条纤维损伤。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,可广泛用于工厂半制品内在质量的检验。
A new characteristic value M of the fibre length can be obtained by using a Linst instrument to determine the fibre length of slivers. M can be used for the inspection of accidental damage of the fibre during processing t or to determine the damage of sliver having the same fibre length produced by different processing methods.The method is easy to operate with high precision,and can be extensively used for the quality inspection of semi-finished products in the factory.
