摘要
本文通过对万能工具铣床加工可转位刀具刀片槽的理论分析和计算机辅助分析,总结出由于加工过程中理论计算和实际调整过程中的舍入误差,三向回转工作台的制造和调整随机误差的存在而导致的刀具角度实际加工后的误差变化规律,同时指出了刃倾角、前角和主偏角选择对实,际刀具角度的误差影响,给出了计算机辅助分析的数据和图形,供有关方面参考。
