摘要
浆纱墨印长度的准确确定,对提高产品质量,降低生产成本具有重要意义,本文查找了浆纱墨印长度难于准确确定的原因,引入了工程能力记分法,提出只有在生产可控的前提下,才有可能准确地确定浆纱的墨印长度,并进一步确立了浆纱墨印长度的修正方程式,举实例加以说明。
To determine precisely the ink-print length for size is important in improving the quality and reducing the cost in textile production. The reasons for the difficulty of this determination were studied. The score method of technological capability[1] was introduced and it is pointed out that the optimum ink-print length of size can only be determined precisely when the production is under control. A modified equation for the ink - print length of size was set up, and examples for its application are presewted.
